comparison:constitution\declaration

No, the do not share a similar tone. They do not because the constitution, first off, has no claim. No claim makes the constitution makes the constitution different than the declaration because the declaration is an argumentative . argumentative texts have a claim; Therefore the constitution, unlike the declaration, is not an argumentative text.
Also, unlike the declaration, the constitution doesn’t support the claim it doesn’t have. No support equals no claim
My evidence is that the declaration ‘s claim is, “The history of the present king of England is one of repeated injuries and usurpation's and the constitution doesn't have one.
Also, the declaration has evidence to support the claim, an example is, “he has refused to assent to laws... necessary for the public good.
Finally the declaration has a conclusion, part of the conclusion is, “we, therefore, the representatives of The united states of America... solemnly publish and declare, that these united colonies are and of right ought to be, free and independent states.”
Finally, unlike the declaration has no counter argument, because there is no claim to counter-argue.
So in conclusion, the constitution and declaration have different tones.
